The news was announced on Saturday by multiple outlets and by his brother and co-star Kamal "Chance" Givens. The two are rappers in the group Stallionaires.

Each week, women are eliminated until the final episode where the brothers had to make their final selections. Ultimately, Ahmad selected "Corn Fed", while Kamal did not select a winner.
He was Kamal posted an Instagram photo of himself in tears along with the following message. Givens was having trouble with vision and speech Friday night and passed away hours later, TMZ reports.

The show was first brought up in August when Mr. Boston of the first season of I Love New York was offered his own reality show. Boston declined and the plans eventually fell through, leaving the show to be picked up by Real and Chance.
